NEW PROPELLER. - The Albany Argus says: Captain John Bard and J. Shook, of Lansingburgh, and Mr. Garrett, of Stuyvesant, have just purchased in Buffalo a new propeller, named the G. H. HASTINGS. It will be brought to Troy as soon as canal navigation opens, and used for towing on the river between Troy and Albany.
