A new tug named the JANE ARMSTRONG, built at the yard of Edward Haight, made her appearance in the harbor yesterday. The new tug is one of the largest class, her dimensions being 70 ft. length of keel, 15 ft. beam, and 8 1/2 ft. hold. She was built for Mr. John Armstrong, of Port Colborne, at a cost of $14,000, and for the above port yesterday where she is intended to do service.
