      WRECK OF STEAMER MELBOURNE SOLD.
Cleveland, Oct. 12. -- The hull and contents of the steamer MELBOURNE, owned before she sank by the Merchant's Line of Montreal, has been sold by the Cleveland Underwriters to B.W. Folger of Toronto for the sum of $1,000. The steamer went down in the canal near Trenton about three weeks ago. Her condition is such that her hull will not be worth anything to the purchaser, but it is expected that he will be able to realize about $500 on the machinery, to say nothing of the furniture and freight. The Donnelly Wrecking Co., has been engaged to raise the vessel.
