Along the Docks.

Conductor Dave Roberts, of the Oswego & Rome Railroad, boarded the schooner Hartford yesterday afternoon with a number of men and hoisted every stitch of canvas in four minutes and forty-five seconds, while the vessel was being towed from the head of the island to the lighthouse.
