Renamed ERIE - U. S. [ 2 mast, U. S. revenue Cutter. rebuilt 1846, lengthened 1862 to 84 tons.] Total Wreck at St. Joseph, 1868.

      LAUNCH. -- The new revenue Cutter, LOUIS McLANE was launched at Erie, Pa. on the 12th inst. She is an elegantly built vessel of about 62 tons burthen.

A new Revenue cutter was launched at Erie, Pa., a few days ago. The Observer speakes favorably of the manner in which she is constructed. She is of 62 tons burthen; and bears the name of LOUIS McLANE, in honor of the present Secretary of the Treasury.
