AN OLD CRAFT. -- The barge ROMEO, now at this port with a cargo of lumber, is one of the oldest crafts in commission, being about 23 years old. She was formerly a steamer of that name and plied between Detroit and Mt. Clemens; subsequently purchased for a ferry on the Maumee, her name was changed to J. T. PHEATT, and after a brief service in that capacity she was taken back to Detroit and reappeared on the Maumee as a barge.
