Steel Tug POINT VALOUR. Official Canada No. 3101208. ex FOUNDATION VALOUR. Of 247 tons Gross; 88 tons Reg. Built Lazon, Que., 1958. Home port, Halifax, N.S. Of 91 feet length. Owned by Eastern Canada Towing Co., Halifax, N.S.
List of Ships on Register in Canada, 1988

As of April 2007, Thunder Bay Tug Services bought out Thunder Bay Marine Services. On paper and for business purposes it is one company. At present there are no plans to change the colours (gray) and stack markings on the Coastal Cruiser, Rosalee D and Robert W. For sentimental reasons they will still be considered as Thunder Bay Marine Services as this company was founded by Elliot Dawson. The present owners are Gerry and Sharon Dawson.
After Gerry purchased the Point Valour outright, he formed the tug service, and sold the marine service to Sharon. For tax and business purposes it is now one company, Thunder Bay Tug Services. Have a little more info if needed.
