- We see by the Western Farmer, printed at Palmyra, that a vessel, supposed to be the schooner Atlas, was wrecked on the night of Dec. 13th, near Salmon River, Lake Ontario. The crew consisting of five men and a boy were supposed to be lost except the boy. The names of the persons supposed to be lost, are Messrs. Seth Harris and Freeman Cobb of Williamson; Mr. Jonathan Hammond of Penfield; Mr. Merrill of Ontario and Capt. Wood of Pultneyville.
