      A beautiful new yacht was recently launched at the yard of Robert Cooper. She is named the EDWARD L. SMITH, in honor of the gentlemanly and efficient Secretary of the Western Insurance Co. Her dimensions are as follows: Length, 43 ft.; beam, 6 ft.; depth 3 1/2 ft. Her engine was built by Sutton Brothers. She is lying at Lincoln's boat house at Black Rock
