A fine new schooner named the INDIAN MAID was launched on the 26th ult., at Spanish River, Georgian Bay. She is 90 ft. long, 20 ft. beam, 6 1/2 ft. hold, and has a carrying capacity of 100,000 ft. of lumber, or 6,560 bushels of grain.
