      George Graham, who has been mate on the steamer BRAZIL, was last week sworn in as master, because of the illness of Capt. Drake at Sault Ste Marie. Capt. William Pringle has taken charge of the steamer SAGINAW VALLEY, vice Capt. Chatterton, resigned, and Fred. Watson has qualified as master of the barge S. CLEMENT, vice F. W. Trent.
