CITY OF CLEVELAND. -- This steamer has been stripped of her upper works, the arches only remaining, and is simply a wreck of her former grateness. She is lying at the foot of Cherry street, where she will be prepared for the lumber trade.

The stm. CITY OF CLEVELAND was sold at auction yesterday by Jno. J. Rennie. Capt. J. McNelly, of Toledo, Ohio was the purchaser, and the sum realized was $4,000. The machinery has been removed, the purchase embracing the hull and cargo.
