Capt. Hebnor has brought suit to recover the full amount of insurance on the stmr. CITY OF CONCORD, which was partly destroyed at Toledo last winter. The boat was insured for $9,500 in the name of Capt. Hebnor, and the loss has never been adjusted. The insurance company found that W.F. Botsford is half owner in the boat and refuses to pay 1/2 the insurnce, claiming that they did not insure Mr. Botsford's interest.
