NEW SCOW - A new scow called the GERMAN, built at Black River, was measured by the Cleveland Custom House authorities on Friday. She is of the following dimensions: Length, 82 feet 8 inches; beam, 21 feet 2 inches; depth, 5 feet 9 inches and measures 75 tons.
