NEW VESSEL. -- The YANKEE BLADE is the name of a new vessel of 350 tons, just from the hands of the builder, B.B. Jones, of this city. She is owned by Messrs. Holt & Ensign, and goes into the Chicago trade. Mr. Jones is also building another schooner, to be called GRAPE SHOT, of the same size for the same owners, which is nearly completed. A new fore-and-after, called the GERTRUDE, will be launched today from the yard of G.W. Jones, built for Messrs. B.L. Spangler & Co. She is of 300 tons burthen, and has capacity for 16,000 bushels. These several vessels are all of the first class, and will be hard to beat anywhere on inland waters. Others are in process of construction, and will be announced in due time.
