LAUNCH AT MARINE CITY. - The new propeller built by Capt. Phillip Rice, of Marine City, at McElroy's yard, was successfully launched on Saturday last at 5 P.M. Her keel is 135 feet long, over all 144 feet, breadth of beam 25 feet, depth of hold 11 feet.
