A new tug, the MARY McLANE, was launched at Chicago, Wednesday afternoon (4/22), from Messrs. Miller & Bros. shipyard. Dimensions: Length of keel 51 ft.; length overall 61 ft.; depth of hold 7 ft. 4 inches; breadth of beam, 15 ft. She will cost when completed in the neighborhood of $13,000. Her engine has an 18 by 20 cylinder, and the boiler is 12 ft. long and 5 ft. 6 inches in diameter.
