      KAM - Steel tug (C. 170259) built in 1938 at Montreal, Quebec by Canadian Vickers Ltd. (Hull # 127) for Abitibi Paper & Power Company as a.) KAM, 145 x 29 x 11 .5; 386 gross tons. Powered by two 4 cylinder Sulzer Diesel engines. Sold off the lakes, renamed b.) GULF IVY in 1967. Repowered with two 6 cylinder Ruston Paxman Diesel engines in 1970. Renamed c.) SEASPAN EXPLORER in 1979, d.) SWIFTSURE X in 1980, e.) GULF IVY in 1988. In service.
