      A new tug was launched at Buffalo a few days ago from the yard of James Mason. She is named the JAMES VAN BUREN. Dimensions are as follows: 47 x 11'6" x 4.6 feet, and is valued at $4,500. She is owned by Messrs. Kendrick & Ryan of Buffalo.
