THE GERMAIN STEAMER LAUNCHED. - The small steamer building at Bell's Iron
Works after the plans of Mr. Germain was successfully launched about half-past twelve o'
clock on Saturday. But few spectators were present, as the launch was not made public.
The vessel when finished is to go to New York, via the Welland Canal and the St. Lawrence.
