A NEW BOAT FOR THE RIVER. - The Port Huron Observer says that Captain J.W. Abbott is building a new boat at Truago, for the St. Clair Route. She is 130 feet long 18 feet beam, 7 feet hold, and of a most approved model. She is to have the RED JACKET's engine, which is being thoroughly repaired. She will be finished and furnished in the most modern style, and be placed in commission at the opening of navigation.
