A T T A C H M E N T
      John S.Reed Vs. Judah W.Rausom
      Court of Common Plea for Huron County, for the Term of February, 1822

      An attachment in a plea of covenant broken, demanding four hundred dollars or upwards damages, against the lands, tenement, goods, chattels, rights, credits, monies and effects of Judah W. Rausom, an absent debtor, was issued on the 22nd. day of January, A.D. 1822, and returned served, by attaching one forth part of the schooner ANN of Black River.
Notice is hereby given to the said Rausom, to appear and defend said suit, if he sees cause; and all persons concerned will take notice hereof.
