A new schooner, belonging to C.M. & L.M. Tibbals, and named the WILLIAM M. ARBUCKLE, was launched at the Ship Yard at this place last Saturday. She was constructed by Foster & Winell, who have acquired a high reputation in this department of mechanical industry, and who are highly commended by the Messrs Tibbals and others for the skill exhibited in this particular instance. The dimensions of the schooner are as follows: Length 96 feet 8 inches; breadth 22 feet 11 inches depth of hold 9 feet 2 inches.--- Erie Gazette
