The Schr. ATALANTA, of 100 tons burthen, was launched at Fairport, Ohio, on the 30th. ult. She is owned by the Geauga Iron Company and H. Phelps, Esq.

      Through the politeness of Mr. Tibbits we are enabled to present today a list of vessels registered at the Custon House since the destruction of papers in the 1842 fire. We shall soon be able to give a consolidated statement of the ship
building on Lake Erie, giving as far as possible the numbes of vessels and boats built at all the ports within 10 years.

      We learn from Capt. Green of the schooner ATALANTA, that his vessel is ashore at Port Burwell, and also the schooners BIRMINGHAM and WABASH. The ATALANTA is a total loss, insured for $1,000.
