NEW VESSEL. - The vessel building at the yard of Crawford & Fordham for R.B. Hubbard, of Sandusky, is being crowded towards completion with all possible despatch. The frame is all up, and the entire force of the yard is now engaged in planking the hull. - Toledo Blade
