VESSELS REPAIRING. - The Milwaukee Sentinel says that the schooner SAM HALE is getting in new lower masts, her old one having given out. The brig DAVID FERGUSON is getting a new foretop-mast; the old one having been sprung on her last trip up. The barque BADGER STATE is taking a new coat of paint and being overhauled, preparatory to the fall trade.
