ANOTHER NEW VESSEL. - The enterprising ship-builders, the Messrs. Bates, at Manitowoc, have launched another new schooner, the "S. BATES," intended for the lumber trade. She is schooner rigged, 173 tons, floor perfectly flat, clipper bow and stern, will carry 125 M. lumber, and is expected to prove a great carrier, good sailor, and profitable vessel.
