J.L. Hurd & Co.'s new bark, the JANE BELL, will be launched from the shipyard of Messrs. Campbell & Owen at 3:00 this afternoon.

      The launch of the new schr. JANE BELL from Campbell & Owen's shipyard took place yesterday afternoon precisely at 3:00, and passed off in every way satisfactory to all. She moved gracefully from the ways into the water some distance in the stream, when she was taken in tow by the stm. CLARA and taken to the dock, where she completes fitout.
