PROPELLER ON THE CANAL. - Canal Boat BILLOW fitted up with regular propeller steam power, with wheel in the stern, cleared from the Canal Collector's office on Saturday last, with a full load, 2,300 bushels of wheat, for Albany. This is the first experiment ever made to take a load through by steam from Buffalo.
