VESSEL LAUNCH. - W.O. Brown, Esq., has built and launched a new vessel from his yard of the following dimensions: Length of keel 189 2/3 feet; beam 26 1/4 feet; hold 11 2/3 feet; tonnage, custom house measurement, 399 45-95. She classes A 1, and is a credit to her builder. She is owned by the builder.
