NEW STEAM TUG. -- The steam tug JAMES BUTLER, built at the yard of Mr. James Allen, Ohio Basin Slip, for Capt. Truman, was launched on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock. She is well built and a most unexceptional model. Her engines were built by Messrs. Sutton & Brothers, and her boiler by Messrs. Davenport and Nelson.
