At Clark's Drydock the prop. S.D. CALDWELL has undergone a radical change, half her power being taken out. Her remaining engine and wheel have been put in the center, and she will hereafter be a 1 wheel boat. Her stern has been extended about 6 ft., new decks have been laid throughout, and a strip of plank put on top of her arches. The expense is about $5,000 or $6,000. - Detroit Free Press
