Full Text

The CHARTER OAK, which was run last year as a schooner, has been converted into a propeller, and started on her first trip last evening. She is calculated for freight, and will ne doubt prove a profitable investment to her owners. She is rated at about 180 tons, and is owned by A.R. Cobb, Capt. Charles Rogers, and J. & P. Eberts.
