Description
Full Text

There isn't a handsomer looking tug on Lake Erie than the O.W. CHENEY since getting her new coat of paint. When Capt. Glover found how handsome the boat looked in her new coat, he went up town and bought a whole new suit, and looks as slick as his tug. Capt. Jack and his tug make a good pair.
