ANOTHER VESSEL FOR EUROPE. - We learned yesterday, says the Chicago Press of the 25th, that the British Canadian Bark CHIEFTAIN has been chartered by parties in Chicago to go to Europe and back early next season. She will take out wheat and bring back salt or pig iron. The price agreed upon for the voyage is $15,000 - A penalty of $2,000 to be incurred in case of failure to carry out the contract.
