THE STEAM BOAT " CINCINNATI." - The new steamer building at this place by Messrs. Siebbins & Co., was launched on Saturday last. She is called the CINCINNATI. She is of about 500 tons burthen, is a very pretty model, and has good look for speed. We have not been favored with her dimensions. It is the intention of her owners, we understand, to complete her as speedily as possible and place her in the fall trade. - Times.
