LAUNCH OF THE CITY OF CHATHAM. - The new steamer which has been building at Chatham for the Montreal line was launched a day or two since, and christened the CITY OF CHATHAM. The launch was a complete success. A large number of hands are hastening the boat to completion, as it is the intention of her owner to make one voyage with her before the season closes. She is a substantially built craft, and will carry about 18,000 bushels of grain.
