The new schr. MARY COLLINS came into port this morning having rode out the gale during the night off this harbor. There is not a finer looking craft; she is a fore and aft schooner, 385(?) tons register or 418 carpenters measurement; her length is 127 ft., 136 ft. over all, 11'5" depth of hold, breadth of beam 28ft. She is a fine sailer, having come from Presque Isle, on Lake Huron, to this port in 43 hours. - Chicago Press, 5th.
