North Tonawanda, April 24 - Navigation here opened this morning when the stm. COLUMBUS, owned by the Twin City Transportation Co. steamed out of Tonawanda Creek and went up the river headed for Cleveland. On Wednesday, 6 steamers and a number of barges will head for the upper lake ports.
