Three new schooners arrived in our harbor some days since. The GUERRIERE, from Miami, owned by W. Hollister & Co., of this village, and J. Hollister & Co. of Miami; the CONSTITUTION, from Sandusky and the COMET from Cleveland.
      Buffalo Emporium
      May 20, 1826
     

      Schooner COMET. of Buffalo. Of 59.18 tons. Built Brooklyn, Ohio in 1826. One deck; two masts; no galleries; billet head. Owned by Eli R. Wilkeson of Buffalo, with Levi Johnson, Samuel Wilkeson, William Wilkeson. Commanded by John G. Lodlow. Of 61.0 x 17.0 x 6.5 Last enrolled at Cuyahoga dated April 5, 1832, re-enrolled at Buffalo by reason of "built upon" dated June 21, 1834
