D.N. Runnels of Port Huron has received a dispatch from Capt. F.I. Merryman stating that he had succeeded in raising the schr. SAM COOK, sunk in the St. Lawrence river 3 miles above Brockville and is towing her to Ogdensburg. The COOK was wrecked 3 years ago, loaded with iron ore, in 60 ft. of water.
