The new tug of the Buffalo & Grand Island Ferry Co. which we have before described, will be launched at 3:00 this afternoon, from the yard of O'Grady & Maher, near the foot of Genesee St. It has been named S. DOUGLAS CORNELL, and that popular gentleman has sent the company his check for $100 to be used in fitting out the new craft with furniture, flags, etc. The tug will be put in use at the ferry next week.
