Chicago.---Some time ago Captain Johnson bought the schooner HENRY COWLES from Mrs.H.A.Spooner, paying part cash and giving a mortgage on the vessel for $1,500. Saturday the mortgage was sent here for collection, and the same day the schooner arrived at South Chicago. Monday Captain Johnson collected the freight money and bade his crew good-bye, telling them they would never see him again. The crew were $192 behind in their wages, so they came to Chicago and swore out a lible against the vessel.
