The brig WABASH arrived here the 17th inst., on her first trip to the upper lakes from Oswego. She belongs to Sacket's Harbor, and is 230 tons burden, as we understand. She came up to the inner harbor, and there landed at the wharve and alongside the warehouses, besides what was destined for this place, a good many passengers and emigrants, as we learn, and a considerable quantity of freight, &c., for Southport and other points contiguous to Racine. She loomed largely among the fleet of vessels lying in our harbor at the time. From 80 to 90 passengers landed here from the WABASH.
The brig CRISPIN, also belonging to Sacket's harbor, is now lying alongside our warehouses, loading with wheat for Buffalo. She is a new vessel, of about 175 tons burden, and will take in 7,000 bushels, which will nearly clear our warehouses of last years crop; and we understand there is little or no wheat at Chicago, nor any other point on this lake, for shipment. - Racine Adv., 24th.
