On Saturday last the "DARIEN" was launched from the shipyard of Gay & Co. The DARIEN is of about the same size and tonnage as the SEBASTOPOL, mentioned in our last. --------- Milan Press, 21st.

SCHOONER DARIEN. -- Messrs. Reed & Co., of Toledo, have lately purchased one-half of the fine schooner DARIEN. She was built at Milan, and came out in the spring. She measures about 300 tons, and carries 14,500 bu. corn, and is in every respect a first class vessel.
