Description
Full Text

The beautiful little steamer DART is about completed. She made a little run on Thursday afternoon, for the purpose of testing her engine, and the result was highly satisfactory. She will probably be one of the fleetest, as she is one of the tastiest, boats on the river. We understand that she will make a short trip today, just for the fun of the thing.
