Cleveland.---The schooner G.W.DAVIS, which went ashore at Bayfield, December 2, has her repairs about completed at Port Huron drydock. She has received part new bottom and keel, entire new rudder, stem and stern posts and has been refastened all over with quarter inch iron; new part stern and bulwarks calked inside and out, and has been supplied with new canvass, and running gear, new cabin outfit, at an expense of about $10,000. About $5,000 was laid out in repairs on her last fall. She is now as good as new in every respect.

Cleveland.---Messrs. Webb & Co. have sold the schooner G.W. DAVIS to M. Elmer, of Milan, for $8,000 cash.
