The canal tug C.A. DICKEY, owned by C.J. Mabley is ready for business. She was built by her owner at the old yards in Louisiana and Perry sts. Mr. Mabley did the work during his spare hours and was 2 years in finishing it. She is 49 ft. over all, 12 ft. 7 1/2 inches beam, and 6 ft. 10 inches in hold.
