Description
Full Text

Something near a year ago Captain Wm. Wylde, of this city, had his tug boat DISPATCH forcibly taken from him by authority from one of the Canadian courts, at Chatham, under the pretence that his purchase of her did not clear her of former liabilities. The matter has been in court since the period of her siezure, and on Tuesday the case was tried, and a verdict of $10,000, with interest up to the present period, was rendered in favor of Capt. Wylde, which will doubtless end all further controversy.
