Napanee, Aug. 5 - LAUNCH - The staunch and beautifully modelled schooner NELLIE P. DOWNEY, was successfully launched today at 3 o'clock from the ship-yard of Wm. Ross. She was built by an experienced builder, Mr. Robert Robinson of Kingston, and is made of the best white oak timber for Messrs. Downey and Capt. C. Allen. Her capacity is about 8,000 bushels
